304 Edelstahldornbiegungen sind eine hohe Qualität, eine kosteneffektive Lösung für Titel, ein Auspuff und Fallrohrerbauer. Verfügbar in 15°, in 45°, in 60°, in 90° und in 180° in den Außendurchmesseren von 1,500" bis 4,000", sind- die Ace-Rennteil-Dornbiegungen Präzision verbogen unter Verwendung eines CNC-Dornbiegers in einer ISO zugelassenen Anlage, um zu garantieren, dass der Grad- und Mittellinienradius jeder Biegung konsequent und von den Defekten frei ist. Nachdem der Biegeprozess abgeschlossen ist, wird jede Dornbiegung dann zu einem Ende mit 600 Körnern entgraten und poliert, um ein sauberes Ende auf den Enden und der Oberfläche sicherzustellen.
